On November 9th, 2006, ¡°The Global IT Outsourcing Summit 2006¡± was held in Shanghai. The vice president Jiang Delong and the minister of overseas developing department Cao Xiaopeng of DragonSoft attended this conference at the appointed time. The next few years are expected to be the important period when the international software & IT outsourcing markets continue to develop dramatically. It is an opportunity for China but it's a challenge as well.
