What key benefits can DevPlan bring to the customers?
Development projects have become vastly more complex. Delivering more robust products with lower budgets requires tools that are built around new paradigms. A tool must adapt to your needs, regardless of your process. DevPlan allows for a unified vision, enforced by market and business goals, to steer a project.
For Project Managers
Keep your team focused and resources utilized. DevPlan puts you in the control, allowing you to dynamic respond to issues and drilldown to multiple levels of data. A centralized and always-accessible plan means that resources, stakeholders, and customers can always be informed of the most accurate project information
For Project Resources
DevPlan's tight integration with DevTrack enables a resource to work on their areas on the project, attached to document collateral to describe the vision driving a task. Each area of work within the project is able to share documents with resources. In addition, as tasks take longer than anticipated, resources can easily enter realistic updates on the effort required. This allows a resource to focus on the work at hand while alerting the project manager to potential resource allocation issues.
For Project Stakeholders
DevPlan grants full visibility to a project. At any time a stakeholder could login to the project and see the most recent activities completed. DevPlan empowers stakeholders to view complex project data in an easy to understand format, delivering the information they need to be guaranteed of an on-time and on-budget completion.
